Obituary for Loretta G Hart
Loretta G. Hart 93 of La Salle passed away May 19 at 2:45PM in Heritage Manor in Peru. A funeral mass will be Tuesday May 23 at 10:30 in St. Hyacinth Church in La Salle. Fr. Jacob Valle Parochial Vicar of La Salle Catholic Parishes will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Hyacinth Cemetery in La Salle. Visitation will be in the church on Tuesday from 9:30 until the time of services. The Burgess Funeral Home in La Salle is handling the arrangements.
She was the daughter of Frank and Mary (Hylla) Hart born in La Salle on May 9, 1924.
She was employed at Westclox in Peru for 36 years. She was a member of St. Hyacinth Church, a member of the Catholic War Veterans Auxiliary 1229 for many of years, and a member of St. Hyacinth Altar and Rosary Society.
She was a very kind, and loving care giver to her family and friends. Her family will remember her as Auntie “Ret”. She had a great passion and gift in crocheting beautiful blankets for her family, friends and charities. Her cooking and baking talents will be missed; especially her pies and French toast. Playing bingo, cards and doing crossword puzzles were very enjoyable to her. She was loved and cherish by all who crossed her path.
She is survived by;
2 nieces: Sharon Radosevich of La Salle, and Charmaine Baker of Lombard IL, 1 nephew: Dennis (Karen) Panier of Peru
2 great nieces: Kelli (Bill) Kowalski of La Salle, and Julie (Andy) Zelenski 1 great nephew: Chad (Molly) Panier.
Several great- great nieces and nephews: including Lanie and Carlie.
She is preceded in death by; 1 brother Chester Hart, 2 sisters Florence Radosevich and Angie Panier
